Kerry M. Domangue, Jr., MBA, CPA, CMPE, CGMA

Kerry M. Domangue Jr. is the Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL). He previously served as the Executive Vice President of Accounting & Financial Reporting for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS).  He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.  He is responsible for the management of the accounting department staff and oversees areas such as cash management, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, sales tax, operating and asset financing, budgeting, projections and financial reporting.  He also assists with financial statements, retirement plan audits and tax preparation.

Domangue joined CIS in 1996 and CVL in 2023.  In 2006, he won a CIS Leadership Award for demonstrating a spirit of teamwork, creativity, innovation, and willingness to meet the challenges of the future.  In 2009, the accounting department won the CIS Special Achievement Award, and in 2012, Domangue also earned the CIS All Star Award.

Domangue is a licensed certified public accountant, charted global management accountant, and certified medical practice executive. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA), the LCPA’s South Central Chapter and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
