Claire Fair

Claire Fair joins CVL as the Chief People Officer. As an accomplished senior human resources executive, she has dedicated her career to driving change and transformation, improving performance, and supporting the goals of high-growth organizations in the healthcare and service industries.  She brings advanced knowledge of employee relations, acquisition integration, compliance, employment law and organizational development.

She previously worked for 21 years as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Pediatrix Medical Group where she contributed to the growth from 1,400 to 15,000 employees.  During her time there, she lead the cultural integration of acquired physician practices and new specialties. She also championed diversity initiatives and hired the first DEI leader at the organization. She has established strong review processes to mitigate claims of employment discrimination and successfully represented the company in employment litigation.

Claire earned a bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Claire has lived in South Florida for 30 years.  She has one fur baby, a cat named Spice.
