Alia Chiles

Alia Chiles joined Cardiovascular Logistics in October 2023 as the new Vice President of Practice Integration. She brings more than 9 years of healthcare experience to the organization. Alia was previously the Senior Manager of Business Transformation and the Director of Integrations at LifeStance Health. Her expertise involves creating efficient operational processes, fostering cross collaboration between different functional areas of the business structure, and ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices. Her method centers on connecting clinicians and support staff with the necessary resources for a smooth transition into a new platform. In her last 6 years at LifeStance Health, Alia oversaw multiple acquisitions and integrations, helping the company touch 42 states and become a national leader in behavioral health services.

Alia is a Virginia native who holds a Bachelors from James Madison University and a Masters from Liberty University. She recently moved back to Virginia in 2020 after living in Athens, Georgia, for 4 years. She and  her husband enjoy going to the beach, traveling, and attending football and basketball games.
